Cumbria Support Group
The ROS Cumbria Support Group offers people affected by osteoporosis the chance to meet others, get information, support, and ask questions.
A warm welcome at this popular vegetarian cafe in the centre of Ambleside to all who are interested in exchanging ideas and experiences, making new friends and supporting each other as we explore how a diagnosis can impact on our lives.

This will be a friendly, informal session where we can meet others, share our experiences with osteoporosis, and find out about the support and resources available right here in Cumbria
The venue is on a bus route (555) and there is plenty of parking in Ambleside.
