Cumbria Support Group
A warm welcome to all who are interested in exchanging ideas and experiences, making new friends and supporting each other as we explore how a diagnosis can impact on our lives.
Your volunteers are Imogen & Sue – who are looking forward to meeting you!
This will be a friendly, informal session where we can meet others, share our experiences with osteoporosis, and find out about the support and resources available right here in Cumbria.
During this meeting, we will also be swapping recipes for healthy bones.
There are several pay and display car parks in Ambleside and regular bus services.
There is a bus stop just before Zefferellis on Compston Road for northbound buses.
