In the last four years we've made a record investment in our research programme of more than £1.2 million.
We raise funds specifically to support research and, periodically, we make these funds available to researchers through our Research and Innovation Grants Programme. Decisions about how we allocate grants are made by our Research and Innovation Grants Assessment Panel , following our grants application process and in line with our Research Strategy and animals in research policy.
Association of Medical Research Charities (AMRC) accredited
We've been a member of the Association of Medical Research Charities (AMRC) for over 30 years, and were awarded a certificate of best practise in medical and health research in the most recent peer review audit.
